Clerical Stole w/ Symbols - wide
These stoles are made by a cooperative of Mayan Tzutujil weavers in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. It takes one weaver 3 days of working 8 hours a day to complete one stole. Through the formation of the cooperative they now receive a fair price for their work. The weavers in the village are indigenous Mayans who still wear their traditional trajes and speak their native Tzutujil.
We have 2 sizes. This stole is 4" x 96" (does not incl. 3" of fringe on each side). Presently only available in green.
